· Turn customer inputs into clear requirements, interface lists, and test plans for internal review.
· Assist with embedded C firmware configuration, debugging, and updates under the direction of senior engineers.
· Create and run test cases for BMS functions such as voltage, current, and temperature measurement, contactor control, communications, and fault handling.
· Use standard lab equipment (power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, multimeters, CAN tools) to validate BMS functions safely.
· Analyze CAN logs and test data; document issues, findings, and recommended next steps.
· Review schematics, pinouts, and wiring information to support customer hardware integration.
· Prepare test reports, release notes, and project handoff documentation.
· Work with electrical, software, test, and production team members, following lab-safety, version-control, and documentation procedures.
